Return & Refund Policy
We value each customer. We do our absolute best to deliver service as expected. As we consistently continue to work
on ways to improve our products and services, please review our entire return & refund policy prior to your purchase.
We encourage all customers to express and address all issues and concerns upon the customization process. Please ensure each customized product is exactly how you want and described prior to purchasing. Customized products result in low resale capabilities. Therefore, if you agree to initiate and complete your purchase on any customized product, all sales are final, and no refunds will be granted. Due to increased precautions and COVID-19 restrictions and/or limitations we will not accept exchanges or refunds on items that touch specific body parts such as, but not limited the mouth, eyes, ears, nose, and/or meet bodily fluids.
We have a 7-day return policy on non-customized, undamaged, unused, and unworn products. Due to increased precautions and COVID-19 restrictions and/or limitations; refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis ONLY. A detailed review of purchase will be initiated prior to issuing a refund. If the nature of the refund is not specifically outlined such as, but not limited to product not as described (i.e., wrong color, shape, size, scent, etc..), broken, torn, or missing/partially missing, or any other issued no included at fault of the business; no refund will be granted. Otherwise, if the issue is clearly stated and/or we are found at fault, we will be happy to issue you a refund. If the nature of the issue is not at the fault of the business and a refund is granted, the customer will be responsible for return postage costs. Products not returned in original form or fashion and/or destroyed in any way will result in a void transaction, and no refunds will be granted.

The Other Small Print
If you have received the wrong size, or need to get a different size item, we have a 7-day exchange policy. Each exchange is a one for one process. Our exchange policy applies to non-customized, undamaged, unused, and unworn products only. Customers will be responsible for exchange postage costs. If we have made any mistakes, we will be happy to exchange the item at no cost to the customer. Products not returned in original form or fashion will result in a void transaction, and no refunds will be granted.

Shipping and Delivery
How We Do It
Processing times vary and differ from shipping times.
All non-customized items will process in approximately 1-3 business days. All customized items will process in approximately 3-5 business days. All items processing through our domestic fulfillment centers will process in approximately 3-7 business days . All items processing through our international fulfillment centers will process in approximately 7-14, but up to 30 business days. Due to increased precautions and COVID-19 restrictions and/or limitations please allow an additional 1-3 days for processing.
If you bought multiple items they may ship separately. Please note: shipping times vary according to domestic or international fulfillment and the selected parcel service.
Don't worry! We will process and ship your items as soon as they are ready to go! All of your items will ship nice and neat in a pre-sized shipping package mailer, bag, or box.
Shipping fees are calculated by weight. All items will automatically ship through one of our economy shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Orders shipped by USPS (most used parcel service provider) via First Class Mail (Estimated 1-3 Days for Delivery), Priority Mail (Estimated 1-3 Days for Delivery), or Priority Mail Express (Estimated Next Day to 2 Days for Delivery) and will ship in 1-3 business days after processing. Shipping and tracking information will be provided via email.
You may not be able to track your package(s) right away. If you have multiple shipments, please await tracking. It can take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their records with your shipping information. For detailed tracking information and USPS Frequently Asked Questions please visit: https://www.usps.com/. For all other parcel services, please visit their respective website for tracking.
For claims on insured packages please contact us so that we can file a claim with the parcel service. All package claims not filed through the business will not be refunded and no replacements will be issued under no circumstances.
